All orders placed through BestCheapSneakers online footwear store will be dispatched from China using the Express Mail Service.

We use insured shipping and items can be tracked at EMS website as well as the local delivery company's website, such as U.S. Postal Service(USA), Parcelforce(UK),etc.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number.

Delivery would NORMALLY be made in 5-7 working days after your order is dispatched, to the address you give to us for delivery at the time you make your order.

All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only. Sometimes there might be some inevitable delay during shipping, which would bring to a few days longer for the delivery.

Free shipping to U.S.A., and the shipping cost is $8 USD to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, $20 USD to all other countries.

Please note: A signature is required upon delivery that might be made at any time during the day. If there is nobody in to accept a delivery, a card will be left by the courier to inform you how you can collect your parcel or re-arrange delivery.
